These Terms of Service govern your use of crexchurch.com and the services provided by Crex Insurance Agency (Crex Insurance LLC), referred to here as "Crex," "we," or "us." By using our website, submitting our intake form, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Crex is a church-focused insurance agency. We review a church's current coverage and prepare submissions to a pool of insurance carriers so those carriers can quote the church. Information on this website is provided to help churches understand their options. It is not a quote, a binder, or a guarantee of coverage. Coverage is bound only when a carrier issues a policy and confirms it in writing.

Use of the Website

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for lawful purposes. The content on this site, including text, forms, and downloadable documents, is provided for the use of churches working with Crex. You may download and use our free resource documents for your church's own purposes.

Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to our text messaging (SMS) program.

• Program. Crex sends conversational and informational text messages about your church's insurance review, such as coverage details, the intake link, scheduling, and follow-up. We also send an automated reply if you call our number and we miss the call.
• How you join. You consent to receive texts verbally during a phone call with a Crex agent, or by calling or texting us first. We only text people who have given that consent.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Crex does not charge for the messages.
• Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 952-240-4547 or steve@crexchurch.com.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Guarantee of Savings

Any figures or examples shown on this site describe outcomes for specific churches we have worked with. They are not a promise of the results your church will receive. Your result depends on your church's own risk and the carriers' underwriting.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services you agree to that policy.

Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Crex is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any obligation Crex owes you under the insurance placement services we provide once you engage us.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
